COD (Cash On Delivery) Policy

1. Availability of COD

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected PIN codes across India.

Availability of COD depends on:

  • Courier serviceability

  • Order value

  • Customer order history

Aura by TF & Co.™ reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or customers without prior notice.


2. COD Confirmation Process

To prevent fake orders and reduce misuse:

  • COD orders may require verification via SMS, email, or phone confirmation.

  • Orders not confirmed within the given time may be automatically cancelled.


3. COD Handling Charges

Aura by TF & Co.™ may charge a small COD convenience fee (if applicable), which will be displayed at checkout.

This fee covers logistics and cash handling costs.


4. Order Refusal & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a customer:

  • Refuses to accept the order

  • Is unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Provides incorrect address

  • Does not respond to courier calls

The order will be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Future COD orders may be restricted or blocked.

  • Aura by TF & Co.™ reserves the right to deny COD facility for repeated failed deliveries.


5. Repeated COD Misuse

Customers who repeatedly:

  • Refuse COD orders

  • Place fake orders

  • Provide false details

May be permanently restricted from placing COD orders.

Aura by TF & Co.™ reserves the right to take necessary action in cases of suspected fraud.


6. Refund Policy for COD Orders

If a prepaid refund is approved (as per our Refund & Return Policy):

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Customer must provide correct bank details.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges may be deducted where applicable.


7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.

Failure to accept delivery within these attempts will result in RTO.
