1. No Exchange Policy
Due to the personal-use and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products:
🚫 Aura by TF & Co.™ does NOT offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Customers are requested to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligible Returns (Limited Cases Only)
We accept returns only in the following cases:
✔ Product received is physically damaged
✔ Wrong product delivered
No other reasons will qualify for return or refund.
3. Reporting Rule
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a complaint, email:

Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear photos of product and packaging

Description of issue
⚠ Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
⚠ Claims without proper unboxing video proof may be rejected.
4. Return Approval Process

Our team will verify the claim.

If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to service availability).

Product must be unused and in original packaging.

After inspection, we will process:

Replacement (if stock available), OR
-
Refund to original payment method

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will NOT be accepted for:

Fragrance preference dislike

Change of mind
-
Opened or used product
-
Minor outer packaging damage
-
Delay in delivery
-
Complaints made after 24 hours
-
Orders returned due to incorrect address
Perfume is a subjective product. Personal fragrance preference is not a valid return reason.
6. Refund Conditions
Refunds (if approved) will be issued:

To original payment method

After product inspection
-
After deducting shipping charges (if applicable)
For COD orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.
7. Return to Origin (RTO) & Refused Orders
If an order is:

Refused at delivery
-
Not accepted after multiple delivery attempts

Returned due to incorrect address
Shipping & handling charges will be deducted from refund amount (if applicable).
Repeated fake orders or refusal of COD may result in order restrictions.
8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse
Aura by TF & Co.™ reserves the right to:

Deny return/refund if misuse is suspected

Block future orders in case of repeated false claims

Take legal action in case of fraudulent activity
